Applicators for Antox Pickling Products from Quality Welding Products

Application of pickling products distributed Quality Welding Products requires specialized tools that resist the corrosive acids in the pickling products. To meet that specialized need, QWP offers brushes and spray pumps specifically designed for metal surface finishing products:
  • Brushes - Pickling paste products must be applied with acid-resistant, non-metallic brushes. QWP supplies suitable brushes with every Pickling paste kit, but additional brushes in a variety of configurations are available, as well.
  • Hand-Operated Pickling Spray Pumps – For application of Antox spray pickling products, all spray pumps must be made of acid-resistant materials, with no metallic components coming into contact with the products. QWP offers two sizes of hand-operated spray pumps that will handle most applications.
  • Compressed Air-Operated Pickling Spray Pumps – For spraying larger areas or frequent pickling operations, the Antox P-1 pump, which operates on compressed air, is available by special order from QWP.
